Nothing is made until you order it. These are the terms for when you do.
By placing an order you agree to them, and to our refund policy and shipping policy. Our privacy policy says how we use your personal information.

This site is run by Nostalgia 1964.

Our store runs on Shopify.
Your order
Every piece is made to order.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. After checkout we confirm that we have received it. That is not our acceptance.
We accept your order when it ships. That is when the contract between us begins.
We show every piece as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens.
Check your order and your delivery address before you pay. If you find a mistake afterwards, email us straight away.
If a price or description on the site is wrong, or we cannot make or send your order, we will tell you before we accept it. You can then go ahead, or cancel for a full refund.
We may decline an order that looks like it is placed for resale.
You must be 18 or over to order, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
The price you see when you order is the price you pay. Prices may change for later orders.

Delivery
Ships within 2 days. Delivered in 6–10 working days.
To the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark.

Working days count from the day it ships.
If your order has not arrived in the time we gave, email us and we will look into it.
Your piece is at our risk until it is delivered to you.
Cancelling an order
If you live in the UK, the EU or the EEA, the law gives you 14 days to cancel an order. You do not need a reason.
You can cancel from the day you order until 14 days after the day your order is delivered to you.
Made to order does not change this. The law leaves out pieces made to a buyer's own specification, or clearly personalised. Our pieces are standard designs, made when you order. You choose the size, and the colour where there is a choice. You do not choose or change the design. So this right applies to every piece we make.
To cancel, email support@nostalgia1964.com with your order number. Say clearly that you want to cancel.
If your order has not shipped, we refund you in full.
If it has, send the piece back within 14 days of telling us. You pay to send it back. You may try a piece on as you would in a shop.

Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return a piece, for any reason.
It must come back unworn and unwashed, in its original bag. You pay the return shipping.
The refund policy has the steps and the refund timing. If these terms and the refund policy ever differ on returns, the refund policy applies.
Damaged, faulty or wrong pieces
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping. You do not pay to send it back.
This sits beside your legal rights. It does not replace them. By law, a piece must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it is not, you are entitled to a remedy: a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the case. Those rights can last longer than 30 days.
Designs and content
The designs, prints, artwork, photographs, words, names and logos on this site are ours, or used with permission. Copyright and trade mark law protect them.
When you buy a piece, you own the piece. You do not own the design on it.
Do not copy, reproduce, print or sell our designs or content, or use them on other products, without our written permission.
Using this site
Use this site lawfully. Do not copy or scrape it, send harmful code, or try to get round its security. We may block access if you do.
We work to keep the site running. We cannot promise it will always be available.
Links may lead to other companies' sites and tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Their own terms apply.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. Loss is foreseeable if you and we could both have seen it coming when the order was made.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
We sell for personal use, not for resale. We are not liable for lost profit or other business loss.
Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any order made under them, are governed by the law of Norway.
If you live in the UK, the EU or the EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live. You can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
If something goes wrong, email us first. We will read it and answer.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The terms on this page on the day you order apply to your order.
We post changes here and update the date at the top.
If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
